Just watched a parent try and cross Danforth with their 3 children in tow because cars continue to use the 15 minute drop off zone in front of Catherine Morrill as their personal space. The green Kia with Vermont plates and silver car with Georgia plates are prohibited us from safely getting our children!!! This is CONSTANT
