Description

The sidewalk along the south side of Riverside St from Forest to Washington has not been cleared since the last snow. It now is solid ice into the breakdown lane so that walkers have to walk in the eastbound travel lane. Most of the snow, now ice, is from plowing Riverside St with no attention paid to the sidewalk. I see walkers there nearly every time I am on Riverside St
