Description

When heading southbound on cullen street divider has been added which does not allow access to the 59 on ramp. If anyone lives on the north side of 45 it now restricts their access to 59 as u can not get to it from the cullen entrance at 45. This should be reassessed as it is not taking Eastwood, 2nd ward, and other neighborhoods in the vicinity into consideration. The only other option one has is to take Lockwood which reroutes traffic through a very busy school zone of an elementary school which is not safe given that it was already very congested in the morning and afternoons.
