Description

with new entrance ramp to 59 only being available via I45 N ramp or E on cullen people illegally cross on coming traffic to turn left from Cullen headed w. someone's gonna get killed here. left turn to I59 ramp. feom Cullen should be made for safe easy access. need sign to say no left turn.
