There is not enough information to contact the property owner without dispatching someone to inspect as the photo does not include the property but a close up of litter.
Oftentimes the "address" reported on the app is picked up by the mapping program and is not always accurate to the property in violation. We cannot accuse a property owner (#145) without being certain the violation is at said property. This will take additional time to address due to a lack of available resources to respond immediately in the field. Public Works crew will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity.

The City was unable to locate this violation. There are no painted trash cans on the sidewalk in the vicinity of 245 Valley.
