Description

The city claims this camp was cleared out last Thursday. It looks like either people left temporarily and are moving back or just moved onto neighboring property as activity there continues to look the same. Just over the last 2 days, there were at least 10 people walking into the woods with their belongings or were being dropped off by cars to move back in, except now they are doing it behind the shopping center, which is still private property-all the land in that area is private property. The Unhoused Community Dashboard even changed the number to 0, seemingly, without actually checking. The city never wants to fully address this issue, instead it looks like they made it someone else's problem. At this point they know what they are doing and shouldn't be surprised when the same situation as last week happens again...
