I39 was dispatched via 311 complaint of construction without a permit. Upon arriving at residence, I39 noticed new siding all around the bottom front and sides of the residence. I39 knocked on the door, there was no answer. I39 walked the perimeter of the residence and noticed a new meter housing with a new breaker box with a ground rod. Posted 1st Notice to obtain all necessary permits for unpermitted work. Follow up scheduled.
